Flashback to August 2022 when I had an article in ‘OM’ magazine about integrating biomechanics and ways to balance the body for an easier birth through pregnancy yoga classes .

I’ve been doing this kind of work since 2016 & had my teacher training running since August 2022 ( after much chatting and planning with the lovely @iamrosiepeacock going back to 2020 !).

I combine years of experience as a physio & prenatal yoga teacher with Pilates & ways to move to help balance out your body & help baby move into as best a possible position for birth . You also get plenty of hands on physio & mindset and labour support in your 1-1 sessions .
