We have developed this workshop to give you the essential skills to help you prepare for a physiological delivery. We have combined our expert skills in midwifery and physiotherapy to give you the birth prep essential and help you navigate our sometimes tricky maternity services, to help you feel confident in your birth options , help you know how to move in pregnancy to ease our imbalances in your body which can influence baby’s positioning and therefore how easily your labour progresses.
We will teach you how to move at each stage of labour to create space in your pelvic to help baby move through that bit easier. We address pelvic health issues that are often ignored or not mentioned in regularly birth education . Plus you will learn amazing coping strategies with Midwife Lily , founder of Yuula . We delve deep into mindset and how to harness your physiology to experience the birth you desire.
